Call Center

Call Center processes calls coming from our members by phone, e-mail, web, telefax, IVR etc.

Our Call Center being the first example among the chambers in Turkey was inaugurated on 26.04.2006.

Basic functioning of our Center is to continuously develop the pool where the information is compiled; to follow media and other sources with respect to issues which can be useful for the callers and to provide them with correct and timely guidance. 

All questions from the callers with respect to formalities at the Chamber are answered on the phone. Documents and information are sent by telefax or e-mail to our members who wish so.

Recording the calls arriving made to the Center and measuring caller satisfaction provides a controlled and qualified communication in addition to a regular and continuous data flow.

Our Call Center gives service to about 400-450 people a day on average. Furthermore, the information services on the home page of our portal gives contact numbers and persons for each department providing direct contact with the concerned personnel.
